Davis Qi - Love Travelling

 

Before I immigrated to Canada, I worked as a section chief in charge of financial trade and commercial circulation management in a government agency. I also managed a government owned investment company.

 

Due to the difference of our culture and language, it would have been difficult for me continue the same career path in Canada. During my college tenure, I got my professional certificate as an auto repair technician. I wanted to learn some additional surviving skills and get some local working experience to prepare myself better for the future. I called this "Surviving skills". That skill came in handy when I moved to Canada because now I work as an auto repair technician at a collision company.

 

I know that is not what I really want to do for the rest of my life. My purpose for immigrating was to live a lifestyle of spending more time travelling with my family and providing a good educational environment for my children. My passion is travelling.

 

Since I joined happy team, I attended their system team training. I always had a heart to develop myself. It helped me further understand how to create passive income by the leverage principle. I learned that being an employee and owning your own traditional business are very similar, both follow the principle money vs time. It does not create residual income. 

 

I found my mentor in the happy team and through that I was able to develop new business partners. I am a social entrepreneur. Social entrepreneur is a business that produces profit with a social cause. Every year my wife and I qualify for a team vacation trip that my whole family goes to relax and enjoy. I believe in working with my mentors and being a leader of the happy team. I believe can eventually achieve my goals of time and financial freedom.
